If you are traveling it is important to let us know so your transactions are not mistaken for fraudulent activity. Before leaving on your trip, fill out this form or call to inform us of your trip details. Be prepared with the following information:
- Where you are going (specific states and countries)
- When your trip begins
- When your trip ends
Why? State Bank debit cards are enrolled in SHAZAM Falcon Fraud Protection. Unless we know you’re going to be out of the area, transactions occurring in different states or countries may be flagged as fraudulent activity, and a lock could be put on your account.
What do you need to do? Fill out this form, or contact your State Bank office and provide the staff member you speak with the information specified above. This ensures you will be able to use your debit card without fear of an accidental lock.
