Accessing State Bank’s Business Mobile Banking app is easy!
- Visit your app store to download State Bank Business Mobile, or click here to select the correct version for your mobile device.
- Once the app is installed on your device, simply use the same User ID and Password you established for your State Bank Business Online Banking account.

What is Business Mobile Banking? Business Mobile Banking is a feature that allows customers the same ability to conduct transactions that you have with a computer or laptop, but instead with a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet.
What phones are supported for State Bank Business Mobile Banking? Apple iPhone® and all phones using the Android™ operating system are supported. Visit the app store from your device to download State Bank Business Mobile (search State Bank Business Mobile), or use our direct links according to your device.
How do I login to Business Mobile Banking? You will login to Business Mobile Banking on your mobile device the same way you login to Business Online Banking. If you regularly login using a token, a password, or a combination of both, the process will be the same using State Bank Business Mobile app. If you have Touch ID enabled, you may log in using your fingerprint.
What if my phone is lost or stolen? Please contact our e-banking team at 319-483-1005 to disable your device. You may also want to notify your mobile service provider.
What features are available with Business Mobile Banking? We offer many self-service capabilities and continue to release new features and enhancements. Business Mobile Banking helps manage your finances on the go by allowing you to view your account balances and transaction history, transfer money between accounts, pay your bills, deposit checks, review/approve transactions and more.
Is there a charge to use Business Mobile Banking? No, State Bank’s Business Mobile Banking service is FREE; however, ordinary bank fees under other agreements still apply such as ACH fees and stop-payments. You may also incur internet data charges and text/call costs from your mobile service provider or Internet service provider. Check your plan or with your provider for details.
What is the difference between a web browser and a mobile application? When using a mobile web browser, you access your account information by logging in to our website through an internet browser on your mobile phone. A mobile application can be downloaded from your device’s app store to your mobile phone.
Is State Bank Business Mobile secure? State Bank Business Mobile uses state-of-the-art encryption and login security to protect your accounts. In addition, State Bank Business Mobile applies all user permissions assigned in the online version of your business banking to mobile access.
