Using Business Mobile Deposit
Though we are always happy to see you, we know life can get hectic. Sometimes, you just don’t have time to stop by the bank to see our smiling faces…we get it! With Business Mobile Deposit, you can deposit your checks in a snap (literally):
- Begin by endorsing the check with your name AND “For Mobile Deposit Only.” You may select the Mobile Deposit box on the back of the check if there is one available.
- Open your State Bank Business Mobile App. Not using Business Mobile Banking? Get started here.
- Select the Deposit icon and choose the account to make your deposit to. If you do not see the Deposit icon, please contact an e-Banker to get started.
- Enter the amount, then take a photo of the front and back of the check. Tip: Make sure to photograph against a background that gives strong contrast and ensure the whole check is visible, in focus and well lit.
- Once both images have been captured, select next.
- Review and confirm your deposit.
That’s it! You can check the status of your deposit at any time. Statuses include: Pending, Failed and Accepted. We recommend you write a note on the original check reminding you that it has been deposited and then storing it for 90 days before safely destroying it.
